Talent Show Auditions & Event Submissions: By submitting audition materials for the Talent Show or details for Community Events, you grant Habayeb America a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with the Services and for promotional purposes. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant this license to Habayeb America.
